While lookin through my notes on the n-imps, as per request of Capn' Carrot, I found a rather tasty open sandwich.
After much proceedin's an so forth, I have discovered the ingredients an have posted them for your enjoyment.
I'm sure they're much more interestin' than n-imps anyway.

Combine in bowl

200 gram tasty cheese

½ red onion finely chopped

1 tsp garlic puree

2 large slices salami, finely chopped

2 tsp preferred mustard

Generous tbspn cream cheese

Handful or 2 of precooked potato finely chopped

1 egg

6 slices bread (do not combine in bowl.)

Toast bread on one side until corners curl, turn over, brown on other side.

Remove from grill, spread with mixture right up to the edges and corners.
